Refund Policy

By submitting a request through Treadra, you agree to the conditions listed below. These policies ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. This allows you to return items for a refund if they are unused and in the same condition you received them.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • Items should be in their original packaging with all accessories and components included
  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned outside of these conditions or after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • Request a Return: Contact our Customer Care Team at service@treadra.com. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to our central warehouse.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
  • Contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product.
  • We will guide you through the exchange or refund process.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Wrong size or wrong product

To exchange an item, contact service@treadra.com and follow the return process. After your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for returns.
