Shipping policy

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated delivery times are based on real-world data from past orders and are for reference only. Naturstepwear ships to major countries worldwide. We do not deliver to PO boxes.


Processing

The processing time starts from the date you place your order. Most orders are processed within 2 business day, but during busy periods, it may take up to 3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped.

Please Note:

  • Shipping times may be longer during public holidays due to limited courier operations.
  • Delays can also occur due to incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or other issues outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email, and contact us if you need your order number.


Changing Your Address

We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to update it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at service@treadra.com.


Backorders

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable:

  • We will notify you by email and phone.
  • The out-of-stock portion will be automatically canceled and refunded unless we hear from you within 2 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions.

We also offer Premium insured shipping for $4. This will help insure against any damage, loss, and theft. Customers can opt out of this insured shipping and just choose free standard shipping. 


Damaged Parcels

  • If a parcel is damaged during transit, reject it from the courier or contact customer service immediately.
  • If delivered without your presence, notify customer service for next steps.
  • Claims for lost or damaged packages must be made within 5 days of delivery confirmation.
  • Approved replacements will be sent free of charge.

Taxes

Customers are not required to pay VAT.
